Terms of Service
Version 1.1 | Effective 2026-07-16
OrdainedPro provides wedding officiant CRM tools, document storage, script creation tools, subscriptions, a public officiant directory, and a script marketplace. Users must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, follow platform rules, and verify all ceremony and marriage-law requirements for their jurisdiction. OrdainedPro does not provide legal advice. Contract templates and document tools are provided as general starting points only and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before use. Subscriptions may renew until canceled. Seller marketplace access requires an active Professional subscription. If a subscription ends, marketplace listings may be removed and CRM data may be archived or scheduled for deletion according to the data retention policy.
INDEPENDENT OFFICIANTS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
OrdainedPro is a technology platform. It is not a wedding officiant, employer, staffing agency, representative, partner, or agent of an officiant who uses the platform or appears in the public directory. Each officiant is an independent service provider and is solely responsible for their own qualifications, legal authority, communications, availability, pricing, contracts, insurance, conduct, services, ceremony performance, completion of marriage-license documents, and compliance with applicable law.
Couples and other users are responsible for independently reviewing an officiant's profile, references, credentials, availability, written agreement, insurance, and suitability before hiring or relying on that officiant. OrdainedPro does not guarantee, endorse, supervise, control, certify, or warrant any independent officiant or the quality, legality, safety, timing, or outcome of an officiant's services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OrdainedPro is not responsible or liable for any claim, loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation, missed ceremony, property damage, financial loss, emotional distress, license or paperwork issue, dispute, misconduct, negligence, or other act or omission arising from or relating to an independent officiant or a third-party service provider. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
This section is a working draft and should be reviewed by an attorney licensed in the jurisdictions where OrdainedPro operates before being relied upon as final legal terms.
